Breastfeeding Massage Oil

HOW TO USE
• Use from the 38th week of pregnancy
• After washing your hands, warm a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand
• Massage the left breast with the right hand and vice versa
• Begin the massage by moving down along the sternum, around the nipple by massaging the base of the breast, and then back up, with your fingers flat, to the armpit.
• Clean the nipples with a damp cotton ball before each feeding.
