HOW TO USE
Helena Rubinstein recommends a specific application technique to maximize the "cobra" lifting effect of the brush:

The Lift: Use the curved part of the brush to push the lashes upward from the root to the tip.

The Volume: Rotate the brush slightly as you swipe through the lashes to coat them evenly with the waterproof formula.

The Corners: Use the tip of the brush to reach the smaller lashes in the inner and outer corners of the eye to create a wide-eyed, "fatal" look.
