HOW TO USE
From the 34th week of pregnancy, perform a 5-10 minute perineum massage 3-4 times a week, ideally after a warm bath with an empty bladder [1]. Using Perineum Massage Oil, gently massage the vaginal tissues in a comfortable position, rotating between the 3 and 9 o'clock positions with a light, painless touch [1].
