HOW TO USE

Apply before lip color for long-lasting soaping.

Apply under or over The Lip Volumizer for a voluminous-looking sheen that plumps, hydrates, and defines lips.

For an intensive overnight treatment, apply a thick layer before bed to lock in moisture throughout the night.
