DESCRIPTION
Cils Booster XL Enhancing Lash & Mascara Primer

HOW TO USE
As a mascara primer base coat:
- Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes, but do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.
- Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white mascara is no longer visible.
- For optimal color, intensity, and a false-lash look, apply two coats of mascara primer to bottom and top lashes before applying mascara.

As a nighttime eyelash conditioning serum:
- After cleansing the face and finishing your normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
- Allow it to fully dry before sleep.

Store Cils Booster XL mascara primer in a cool, dry place.
