La Roche-Posay Surgras Cleansing Bar is a safe cleansing solution for severely dry skin. It will not alter the pH of the skin and it maintains the skin's natural lipid balance to fight dryness. It is a cleansing bar that cleans better than soap. This preparation is suitable to be used during oral retinoid therapy because it cleans thoroughly, while gentle and non-drying.
Apply with clean, moistened fingertips. Work into lather and gently massage in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.
